Real Estate in Point Grey

Original homes can still be found throughout Point Grey, including two original 1913 Tudor Mansions. With the neighbourhood being self-sufficient, it’s highly desirable and one of the most desirable neighbourhoods in Canada. In 1922, the first zoning bylaw prevented development in the area of anything except detached homes. That has changed since, but as a result, the majority of the houses remain single-family detached homes with high price tags.

New development of high-populated strata communities is continuously being constructed to satisfy the current residents and the newcomers who are excited to experience all that Point Grey has to offer. Certain areas of Point Grey are more student-dominated, as investors have purchased and rented out the space to students attending UBC. The houses provide easy access to all the amenities one would need – shops, entertainment, and a wide variety of schools.
