Real Estate in Beach Grove

Located just a short drive from Vancouver, British Columbia, is Beach Grove, a waterfront neighbourhood nestled along the edge of Boundary Bay in Tsawwassen. This desirable neighbourhood is made up of primarily single-family homes, with some multi-family options, like condos and townhouses, closer to the town centre.

Quiet beachfront houses are one of the biggest draws to this Tsawwassen neighbourhood. Many original beach cottages still stand along the famous Beach Grove Road. These cottages offer stunning views of the Bay while remaining relatively private from the road. Over the years, many of these homes have been renovated extensively to modernize and capitalize on the spectacular views of the water. This prime real estate comes at a cost, with some pricier homes along the water.

Moving away from the beachfront but still, along the quiet roads that Beach Grove is known for, prospective buyers will find a mix of classic ranchers, craftsmen and newly constructed single-family homes. Families looking for space to grow and for kids to play will enjoy the generous-sized homes and lots along the laid-back streets, all within walking distance of shops and schools.

While this area is primarily detached homes, some excellent options for multi-family living make this neighbourhood accessible to various living situations. Prospective buyers can find townhome options central to local amenities and green spaces, as well as apartment-style homes with amenities ranging from golf course views to amenity spaces and hot tubs.
