In the area to the east of 256th Street, you’ll see large acreage at affordable price tags–not much more than you’d pay for smaller lots in many suburban areas. Many of these properties feature detached garages and shops, perfect for working on your projects.

One excellent new subdivision in Silver Valley is Stoneridge by Archstone, which features more than thirty executive townhomes built within the last year or so. These townhouses feature high-quality finishing touches, attractive modern design, and plenty of living space, making them potentially appealing for real estate investors looking for rental properties that can cater to small families and professionals.
