Real Estate in Murrayville

Murrayville, a neighbourhood in the Township of Langley, was historically the city's civic core. It is home to the famous “Five Corners” intersection, a roundabout where 216 Street, 48 Avenue and Old Yale Road meet. Some beloved heritage landmarks at the “Five Corners” include Porter’s Bistro and Tea HouseTracycakes BakeryMurrayville Community Hall and The Princess and The Pea Hotel.

Despite modernization and ongoing residential development and growth, the neighbourhood has remained true to some of its traditional roots. While both new and heritage single-family houses dominate much of the real estate market, strata properties like condos and townhouses are also built throughout, diversifying the housing availability in Murrayville. Estates with large parcels of land can also be found here. This neighbourhood's wide range of property types makes it an ideal spot for homebuyers to find the perfect home.

As part of the historic civic core, the Langley Memorial Hospital and RCMP Main Detachment are in Murrayville, adding to the environment of health, safety and community as priorities that are inherent in this neighbourhood.

While many amenities are available in the area, residents can also quickly head to the neighbouring community of Langley City, just west of Murrayville, to access what they need.
