Real Estate in Harris Green

Desirable to urban downtown commuters due to its central location, the real estate is valuable in the Harris Green community. Single-family homes and land are exceedingly rare in the area, and you are more likely to find a condo or apartment building for sale. Although this is a landlocked location with no waterfront views, Harris Green is close to the downtown Inner Harbour, and you can walk to the ocean in under fifteen minutes.

Harris Green has an urban streetscape with purpose-built multi-family homes, apartment buildings, and condos, together with commercial spaces. The center of this village is Harris Green Village, where neighbours run into each other, and people get together, giving it a small community feeling.

This area implemented a beautification initiative in the late 1990s that residents of Harris Green still benefit from today. The cherry-blossom-lined streets are breathtaking in the spring.
