Different Port Alberni Condo Buildings

Victoria Quay Condos

On the corner of Victoria Quay and Southgate Road, Victoria Quay Condos is a four-storey condo building. This is perhaps the most preferred condo building in Port Alberni. It is a mix commercial and residential strata. The ground floor consists of a number of different businesses – including our own real estate offices! The next three floors consist of condos. The west and south facing units enjoy views of the Somass River and the Alberni Valley. The Victoria Quay condo building is the only condo building in North Alberni. It is serviced by an elevator and enjoys secured parking.

Park Ridge at Anderson Hill

These are the newest condo’s to be built in Port Alberni, and their appeal is their modern features and the fact that they are in smaller buildings. The Park Ridge at Anderson Hill condos are located in 4 plex buildings, which means that your sharing your home with fewer immediate neighbours. Park Ridge is located in upper Central Alberni, which gives convenience access to shopping, transit, and stunning nature trails.

Wesporte Place Condos

In the popular residential subdivision, Westporte Place, is this eight-unit condo building. This building is entire residential. This is by far the most peaceful location for a condo building in Port Alberni and has the distinction of being within walking distance to Papermill Dam Park. Being two storeys, the building does not have an elevator and has an open parking lot.

Montrose Place Condos

On the corner of Montrose St and 3rd Ave is another four-storey condo building called Montrose Place. This is Port Alberni’s largest condo building and is entirely residential. The top floor west and south facing units enjoy views of the Alberni Inlet and surrounding mountains. Located in South Alberni, this building is within walking distance to the Uptown Commercial District and the Harbour Quay. It is serviced by an elevator and enjoys secured parking.

Angus Condos

On the corner of Angus Street and 1st Avenue is a three-storey condo building. The strata is entirely residential. Like the Montrose Condos, the top floor west and south facing units enjoy views of the Alberni Inlet and surrounding mountains. The building is located only a couple of blocks from both the Uptown Commercial District and the Harbour Quay. This building is not serviced by an elevator and has an open parking lot behind the building.

Argyle Gardens

On the corner of Argyle Street and Kingsway Avenue is this three-storey mix commercial/residential strata building called Argyle Gardens. The ground floor enjoys a few small shops and businesses. The next two storeys are residentials condos. The best part about this beautiful building is its location – it is one block away from the ultra popular Harbour Quay waterfront area.

With the prices of real estate having increased so dramatically in Port Alberni over the past decade, condo’s have become popular buying option, not only for their ease of living but for their affordability. In 2022 there were 12 condo sales in the City of Port Alberni. The average sale price was $373,633, while the most affordable condo sold for $267,000.
