On the west side of Okanagan Lake is the community of Lakeview Heights in West Kelowna. It is known for just that, breathtaking lake views and mountain backdrops. The gorgeous views of Okanagan Lake are enjoyed by residents in the quiet streets and the privacy of their backyards. The name was established in 1951 from a contest entry by a resident, Geoff Gray.

Development flourished throughout the 1950s to the 1970s, and it is a community loved for the secluded beaches, lavish vineyards, and mature landscaping. With 12 different wineries to visit, the Westside Wine Trail gives you that full wine country experience British Colombia is known for. Kalamoir Regional Park

Kalamoir Regional Park is a one to three-kilometre loop that can take anywhere from one to two hours. You can get your cardio in or enjoy a slower pace, taking in the surrounding beauty of nature the Okanagan has to offer. Four different access points give you the opportunity to choose your trail preference and skill level. The park has about 27 hectares of trails, and it also has an accessible dock with a canoe or kayak launch. Don’t be afraid to bring your pet along with a dog beach available to on-leash animals. 

Golf at Two Eagles   

Two Eagles Golf Course is located in Westbank Kelowna and dotes on its lush fairways and lake view landscapes. With over 5,000 yards of green, this par 65 is excellent for intermediate and pros alike. If you are new to the game, they offer lessons and the 15,000 sq. ft. practice green lets you perfect your short game shots, from chips and pitches to sand shots and putts. Anything you might need to start your new hobby is available in their pro shop.
