Once you reach the top of the hike, you are greeted by a historic boulder that still holds time capsules today. 

Another beauty is the Kettle Valley Railway trail, which is a perfect trail for the beginner hiker, just starting out or maybe a bit out of shape. The difficulty might not be there, but the views certainly are with stunning vineyards, orchards and creeks. This hike offers the chance to stop at a wine-tasting vineyard or ice cream shop. 

Lastly, make sure you check out the Skaha Bluffs. This is reasonably rugged terrain and makes for a good challenge, and you will likely spot some mountain bikers along the way. The trail offers several different choices in route and distance with a multitude of starting points.

Wow Golf Club  

Wow Golf Club is a beautiful nine-hole course, located a few kilometres north of Penticton, on the serene Sage Mesa. Not only do they offer views from every hole, but they also have a clubhouse for drinks and dining, a driving range and practice green for your enjoyment. This Arizona-style course has to be played to be truly enjoyed. 

Pine Hills Golf and Country Club  

Pine Hills Golf and Country Club is a breathtaking course overlooking Penticton and the Okanagan Valley. The natural elevations and lush pine trees make it a spectacular nine-hole experience, whether you are new to the sport or looking for a short game challenge for more of a pro.
