Plenty of new builds in this area are built to be energy efficient, saving you money on your heating and electricity, operating with nearly zero carbon emissions. In this area, mountainside townhouses, condos with extraordinary views, and houses next to wetlands or wild forest surroundings define the properties for sale.

Single- and multi-family homes for sale in Wilden feature incredible views of the surrounding area. You can see Okanagan Lake from picture windows, mountains from your backyard, ponds from your balcony, or the twinkling lights of Kelowna from your rooftop patio. Homes are often built from materials that mimic the surrounding area, allowing houses in the area to blend into the gorgeous Okanagan Valley scenery rather than taking away from its natural beauty.
